Sonia Chan

Sonia is the Student Services Specialist for the undergraduate programs in Sociology and Urban Studies. She graduated from California Lutheran University, where she gained her Bachelor degrees in Sociology and Political Science, with a minor in Ethnic Studies. Sonia was on the university’s Intercollegiate Women’s Soccer team for four years and was captain for two of those years. During her time at Cal Lutheran, she was an AmeriCorps Fellow, tutoring vulnerable youth, and a Culver Behavioral Science Research Fellow, where she co-authored a published paper on Title IX policies at the university.
